Most meetings take place at 7.30 pm on the first Thursday of the month at Wheaton Aston Village Hall. There are occasional exceptions (usually in December and January so it is best to call or email for clarification). Every meeting begins with a public participation session where members of the public may raise issues or speak to the Parish Council. After the public participation is closed, members of the public, although no permitted to speak are very welcome to stay and listen to the end of the meeting.
