Meets on the first Tuesday of every month with the exception of August. Meetings are usually held in the Ruth Dickson Meeting Room starting at 7.30 pm. With the exception of the AGM held in May all meetings start with an Open Forum at 7.15 pm. Speakers are limited to five minutes each.
