Outside body

Responsibilities:

·         To provide a forum for discussion, the exchange of information and the creation and maintenance of communication channels between the Owner, the Developer and the local community.

Core Membership:

·         Not more than two representatives on behalf of the Developer;

·         Not more than two representatives on behalf of the Owner;

·         One elected councillor and one officer on behalf of Staffordshire County Council;

·         One elected councillor and one officer on behalf of Stafford Borough Council;

·         One elected councillor on behalf of Hixon Parish Council;

·         Two officers on behalf of the Environment Agency

·         Not more than two representatives on behalf of Local Residents who shall be appointed at the discretion of the Developer acting reasonably having consulted with other members to be appointed to the Committee.
