Responsibilities

The primary function is to address any complaints regarding the site operations or general planning issues regarding the current planning permission or in some cases a new application or variation.    However other Council interest issues are often raised at these meeting.

The local County Councillor usually chairs these meetings.

Membership

·         One representative from Staffordshire County Council

·         One representative from Staffordshire Moorlands District Council

·         One representative from the Parish Council

·         One representative from local residents

Meeting frequency

Every six months commencing on the grant of the Planning Permission or at such intervals as may be deemed appropriate by a quorum of the liaison group.
