Responsibilities

 

·         To seek to ensure that the Sports Faciliites are operated in a manner consistent with the Community Use Protocol and the Joint Use Agreement.

·         To receive and comment upon the Annual Report on the operation of the Sports Facilities produced by Total Schools Solutions Limited pursuant to the Joint Use Agreement and Community Use Protocol.

·         To seek to ensure, with the assistance of the Manager, that the operation of the Sports Facilities reflects the intention of the Parties and the Joint Use Agreement.

·         To review the Terms of Reference at least once in a period of two years by considering them and as a formal agenda item at a meeting of the Management Liaison Group.

An Officer from the Leisure Services Department of Stafford Borough Council

Total School Solutions Limited (one of whom shall be the Manager or his nominated substitute)

Members of the Governing Body of the School (one of whom is likely to be the Headteacher or a substitute to be nominated by the Governors)
