element of the environment in which we live and work, and as an
authority we want to develop and embrace the opportunities that
digital offers us. We want to develop our digital services so that
people find them the most straightforward and convenient options.
Our Digital Strategy and Programme sets out the vision for a
digital first organisation and the steps that we will take to
develop this.
