Better Care Fund Plan 2019/20 and subsequent transfer of funding
from the CCGs to SCC (as detailed in the report) for protection of
adult social care.
Also to note that Staffordshire Health and Wellbeing Board are
required to agree the Staffordshire Better Care Fund Plan 2019/20
and delegate final approval on behalf of SCC to the Cabinet Member
for Health, Care and Well-being.
