Extension to the Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement for the supply of Residential and Nursing Care home placements

Shared Lives is a service where people with assessed eligible social care needs share the home of a specially recruited and trained carer and their family. The Council’s current contract for the Shared Lives service is due to expire on 31st March 2024. The recommendation is to recommission the service to provide continuity of care for individuals and ensure continued delivery of a good quality service which is value for money.
