This report outlines the purpose of the
Enhanced Partnership Plan and Enhanced Partnership Scheme, which
summarise the main themes of the Bus Service Improvement Plan, in
setting out an analysis of local bus services in Staffordshire, the
objectives for the quality and effectiveness of bus services and
how the Enhanced Partnership Scheme or Schemes are intended to
achieve these objectives. The Enhanced Partnership Scheme describes
the Facilities, Measures and Obligations to be implemented to meet
those objectives and how the partnership is constituted and
operates. Both the Enhanced Partnership Plan and the Enhanced
Partnership Scheme have been prepared by Staffordshire County
Council, in consultation with the bus operators and district
councils, under the Transport Act 2000 (c.38).
