The Board received a presentation on the Nolan Principles.

Risk Register

Oral update by the Chairman of the Pensions Board

Minutes:

The Chairman informed the Board that he attended the Risk Committee Working Group where they discussed the governance of the plan. The Chairman went on to say that he has requested Tim Legge to attend the next meeting and requested that the other Board members also attend the Risk Committee Working Group after this.

 

The Board requested that when they are presented with the risk register if it could include how the risks have change over time.

 

RESOLVED – (a) That the Board members attend the Risk Committee Working Group.

 

(b) That how risks change over time is included on the risk register presented to the Board.
