NB. A decision on whether to accept the County Council’s proposal of reducing the annual increase in Green Waste Credits paid to Waste Collection Authorities to that of the Retail Price Index is required at this meeting. The decision cannot be postponed further and failure to reach a decision will be viewed by the County Council as a rejection of the proposal. A discussion is required to determine how Members wish to proceed which will then be followed by a vote on the proposal according to the Board’s constitution.
