i54 Western Extension - Sale of 1.49 acres (part of Plot 2) (exemption paragraph 3) (Exemption paragraph 3) Minutes: Details were submitted of the proposed sale of 1.49 acres of County Council owned land forming part of Plot 2 at the i54 Staffordshire Business Park (Western Extension).
Resolved – That the sale be approved and the final terms of the sale to be dealt with under delegated powers as appropriate.
NB. The above decision was exempt from call-in under the provisions of paragraph 17 of section 7 of Staffordshire County Council’s Constitution. |
