This report details the preferred delivery of
community equipment for individuals in Staffordshire with eligible
social care needs. The commissioned service will support the
Councils vision by helping people be healthier, more independent
and provide them with the resources required to feel safer, happier
and more supported in their community.

Reasons for the Decision – To consider entering into a contract on behalf of Section 75 Better Care Fund partners for the provision of community equipment.
