I was elected to serve the people of the Stafford West Division in the 2009
County Council elections. The Division incorporates the Borough Council wards of Highfields and Western Downs, Manor and the majority of Rowley (all but the section north of the
Newport road, which is part of the Stafford Central Division).
I am also a member of Stafford Borough Council representing the Eccleshall ward since 2003, when I was elected as the youngest ever councillor in Stafford Borough. On the Borough Council I have sat on a wide selection of committees
and currently am a member of their Planning Committee and The Public Appeal Committee.
I have lived in Staffordshire all of my life apart from my time at University. After school I studied BSc (Hons) Leisure Resource Management at Portsmouth University and then returned home to read Law at Keele University at postgraduate
level.
I am extremely keen to ensure that the County Council deliver the best quality services at the most cost effective price to its customers the people of Staffordshire.
