Business Case for Council Owned New Build Care Homes with Nursing

Due to the rising costs and decreasing supply of care home with nursing placements available in Staffordshire the Council intends to increase the capacity to meet the eligible care needs of older aged individuals in our communities by the development of new Council owned Care Homes. These care homes will be able to meet the care needs of individuals with nursing needs and aims to maximise technology to provide good quality care.
