Information about Staffordshire County Council Constitution

The Constitution was revised at the Annual Council meeting on 20 May 2010 into a new structure based on Sections.  When the constitution is amended, a new version will be published.

 

The current version of the constitution has 14 Sections and is dated 16 February 2017.  Updates to the constitution since 20 May 2010 have been detailed in the table below:-
