Additional works to be added to the annual highway maintenance capital programme that was approved by Cabinet on 15 April 2020 and agreed by Cllr Helen Fisher (Cabinet Member for highways and Transport). This follows confirmation by the Department for Transport (DfT), on 14 May 2020, that the final year of the Pothole Resilience Action Fund and 20/21 Challenge Fund would be allocated to the County Council by formula grant. This amounts to an additional in-year capital maintenance grant funding allocation of £3.143m for Staffordshire.

* Provisional allocations: Alternative funding is currently being sought, which if successful will allow these provisional allocations to be redistributed equally to additional priority drainage improvements and hot-spot patching programmes.
