Purpose:

Commissioning of a DPS to enable the Call Off of Adult Learning Disability, Autism, Mental Health and Physical Disability Supported Living placements.

Reasons for the Decision – The current Learning Disability and/or Autistic Spectrum Condition Community Support Framework is due to cease on 30 September 2019 and consideration needs to be given to the procurement of Supported Living placements from 1 October 2019.

 

Decision – (a) That the use of a dynamic purchasing system to procure and contract for Supported Living placements for adults be approved.

 

(b) That the award of ongoing Call Off contracts via the dynamic purchasing system be delegated to the Director of Health and Care.
